Who We Are: National Baby Co. is the premier nation-wide matching and referral service dedicated to supporting doulas and perinatal professionals. Our primary goal is to connect expecting and new parents with exceptional birth and postpartum care providers.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, we understand the importance of finding the right clients to grow your practice. That's why we're here to make the connection process seamless and efficient. Our mission is to empower you by providing not only amazing client leads but also a supportive community, encouragement, mentorship, and invaluable business resources every step of the way.
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise, share your unique approach to birth and postpartum care, and connect with parents who truly value the support you provide.
What We're Looking For: We are currently seeking experienced overnight postpartum doulas or newborn care specialists to join our team. We’re specifically look for new members in Metro Detroit, Southeast Michigan and Los Angeles, CA. If you have a genuine passion for newborn care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting families through the challenges and joys of early parenthood, we want to hear from you!
Why Join National Baby Co:
Flexible Scheduling: We understand the importance of work-life balance and encourage you to create your own schedule and hours, alongside the clients needs, of course. We request that you have availability for at least 3 nights a week, however, many clients request more if you offer it! 8-12 hour visits are typical.
Set Your Own Rates: As a member of our team, you are your own business owner, therefore, you set your own rates and receive payment from the client directly. You’ll retain 80% of your earnings once the matching fee has been settled.
