Do you want to walk into your labor, fully prepared with the knowledge and confidence to rock your birth? Our online self-paced classes can teach you all of the options available to you for both a homebirth or hospital birth setting. When you know the policies, common procedures, alternatives, you can weigh the risks and benefits to make informed choices during your pregnancy and childbirth.

If virtual classes aren’t for you, our educators and doulas offer unique and customized childbirth education or parenting classes that fit your family’s style and plans. Private or group classes are available.

Our Doulas and Parent Educators will walk you through the abc’s of newborn care, breastfeeding, baby wearing and postpartum recovery, so that you can enter into parenthood brimming with confidence and an arsenal of expert tips and resources. Whether you are learning how to change your baby’s diaper, how to effectively use a breast pump, how to use a woven baby wrap or how to make postpartum healing tea blends, there’s a class option for you!
